The terms and rewards outlined are valid from 1 May 2024.
Minimum spend must be met in the Program/cardlog period to maintain membership tier(s).

Redemption of Birthday Perks must occur within the member’s birthday month.

Welcome gifts are provided one month after qualifying spend has been met.

If gifts are out of stock, AsterSpring reserves the rights to change the gifts to others of similar value.

To join the rewards program, members have to agree to be contacted by AsterSpring Singapore as it is required in order to receive your membership privileges and updates.

Customers are automatically registered for the rewards program on their first visit.

Customers can only sign up once for the rewards program.

No physical card will be issued, member will be identified by their mobile phone number.

Rewards privileges are non-transferrable.

When a customer is qualified for a higher tier, their tier benefits are extended for a full calendar year from the day of spend.

AsterSpring Singapore reserves the final right to alter the terms & conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of AsterSpring International (S) Singapore Pte Ltd shall remain final.

What is the Skin Health Club?


AsterSpring Rewards Program is a loyalty program designed exclusively for AsterSpring Singapore members. It’s our way of giving back and saying thank you for your support through the years.

There are 3 membership tiers in the program: Silver Member, Gold Member and Diamond Member, with more rewards and privileges based on the membership tier.

What are the benefits of being part of the AsterSpring Rewards Program?

Each tier enjoys different benefits, from welcome gifts, discount on products and/or services, exclusive birthday gifts and other privileges.

How do I join as a member?

You qualify with a minimum spend of $300 nett in a single receipt at any of our centres, excluding AsterSpring Flagship store at Lazmall or any 3rd party platforms.

When will my membership be activated?

For customers who qualify, membership will be activated immediately after signing up.

What are the qualification criteria for Skin Health Club membership tiers?

The table below indicates the spending amount to immediately qualify for each of the membership tier.

For your convenience, there is no need to keep a physical membership card.

Are privileges sharable or transferable?


No, privileges or benefits are not transferable to friend / family members’ account nor exchangeable for cash.

If there are multiple individuals sharing packages, only the main cardholder of shared packages is entitled to these perks.

How can I upgrade my membership status?

Your membership status will be automatically upgraded once your accumulated spending within the membership validity period reaches the required minimum amount to unlock greater privileges. Upon upgrading, you will enjoy your new membership status for 12 months from the most recent qualifying date. Below are some examples of how you may upgrade your membership status within the membership validity period.

Can I maintain my membership status?

Your status will be maintained as long as you meet the minimum spending criteria.
For example, to maintain a Diamond membership status, you must spend a minimum of $6000 within 12 months from the date you qualified as a Diamond member. Whereas, if you spend between $2000 to $5999.99, you will become a Gold member; if you spend between $300 to $1999.99, you will become a Silver member.

When will my status be reviewed?

Your membership will be valid for 12 months from the date of membership sign up, upgrade or renewal. For example, if your membership starts on 4 December 2024, your next membership status will be reviewed on 3 December 2025.

Can I transfer my privileges or benefits to my friend/family member’s account?

No, privileges or benefits are not transferable to friend / family members’ account nor exchangeable for cash. If there are multiple individuals sharing packages, only the main cardholder of shared packages is entitled to these perks.

When can I redeem my birthday privileges?

You may redeem your birthday privileges within your birthday month. For example, if your birthday is on 23 August, the redemption period is from 1 August to 31 August.

How many times of birthday benefits am I able to redeem during my birthday month?

Members’ birthday benefits can only be redeemed once annually during the birthday month within the current membership period based on the registered birthdate.

How can I become entitled to the Welcome Perks?

Welcome Perks are rewarded once to new Gold and Diamond members. Upgrades from Silver to Gold and Gold to Diamond memberships are also entitled to enjoy Welcome Perks. Welcome Perks are only redeemable once in a member’s lifetime.

Can I enjoy my Welcome and Birthday Perks at any AsterSpring centre?

You may redeem your Welcome Perks from any centre.

Will I still be able to receive Welcome Perk if I’ve been downgraded or disqualified as member?

If you’ve been downgraded/disqualified, you are no longer entitled to your previous tier’s perks, including the Welcome Perk. Should you be re-upgraded/qualified for a higher tier, you would be entitled for all perks, including Welcome Perks, unless previously claimed.

If I refund my previous purchases, will I be downgraded/need to return my claimed perks?

In the event of returns/refunds, rewards may be subject to chargeback and membership tier may be downgraded.
